I have been having very odd chest pains for quite a while now. They come and go and don’t seem to be in one specific spot. One time, the pain is in one place, the next time another. Sometimes, I feel a shortness in breathe and back pain as well. I went to my family doctor for it and he prescribed Daypro and said it was due to inflammation. I am on Toprol XL 50 mg for blood pressure. The meds have done nothing. At times, it feels like gas and others it feels like heartburn. It seems as if I push anywhere on my chest area, there is pain. Also, I seem to stay very fatigued. As in I feel tired and sleepy from the time I wake in the morning until the time I go to bed at night. I use to think it was from working too much, but I cut that back and it still persists. Is this heart related or anything else of concern?
I do not what to say what to say about your chest pain, but for your back ache you should start wearing a sacroiliac belt (aka SI belt) around your pelvis. By providing the correct balance of resistance and resilience, the SI belt re-establishes the joint’s normal motion, relieving stress and instability at these weight bearing structures.
There are many good SI Belts out there, but as far as quality, comfort, and prices are considered – Serola Sacroiliac Belt seems to be the best in the market. I’d say it was well worth my $38 investment when I was in severe back pain, which was caused by a sports injury.
Visit their website for more info: http://www.serola.net/product_new_sac_belt.php
Hope this info is helpful to you. Good luck bud!

I had to lay down yesterday for the rest of the day because I had this low back pain…No real contractions, belly was not tightening up. I am 36 weeks, and want this baby to stay in as long as he needs to..This is my 6th child, and I have never experienced this…Any thoughts on what it could be? I have a doc appointment next week and will discuss it with them then too… thx
Its probably just added pressure. as i’m sure you know, every pregnancy is different and the baby might be leaning on a spot that is making your back hurt. i’m sure its nothing…good luck and congrats

So since the summer my moms back has been hurting alot.
She said that every day the pain gets worse.
And the pain is in her upper back and lower back.
Also the bone/spine part hurts a lot too.
Some days the pain is so bad she just doesn’t want to get up or go to work.
And shes only 43 years old.
I keep telling her to go to the doctor but she won’t listen.
What are some things she can so to relieve the pain or something
*What are some things she can do to relive the pain or something?
There are many many many different causes for backache, some can be trivial but some can be much more sinister. Therefore you should try to convince your mom to see a doctor, especially since the pain is getting worse.
Please insist that she goes to see a doctor especially if she has any of these symptoms:
-numbness in her legs
-a significant loss of weight recently
-if she had an injury prior to the back pain
Things that can help her relieve the pain would depend on the cause.
I suggest that she tries aspirin, or ibuprofen or panadol for the pain. Rubifacients or any cold/warm compresses to apply on the area. And in some causes of back pain, like ankylosing spondylitis, stretching exercises can actually help.
